Littelfuse high temperature SCR switch type thyristor has up to 600V blocking voltage and up to 40A rated current.

Littelfuse, today announced the launch of SJ series high temperature SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) switch type thyristor, upgrade its switch type thyristor product series. This new line is listed as a circuit designer providing up to 600V blocking voltage (VDRM) and 4A to 40A rated current, which supports a wide range of applications.By providing a wider range of work for designers than earlier models of SCR, this series of products can withstand low cooling conditions and higher surge currents at startup.

Typical applications of the SJ series include:
· used for motorcycle alternator, ATV, small gasoline engine and gasoline/gas generator rectifier and battery voltage regulator.
· capacitor discharge ignition (CDI) for motorcycles, ATV, small gasoline engines and boilers.
· surge current limiters for large capacitors of ac-dc systems such as LED lighting and battery chargers.
· LED lighting system, dc motor control and battery charger communication line rectifier bridge.
· ac motor soft starter.

The SJ series SCR switch type thyristor provides various packaging options, including TO -251aa, TO252AA (d-pak), TO-220 insulation, TO -220ab non-insulation and TO-263 (d2-pak) packaging.
The minimum order quantity for tubular packaging is 500 to 750.
In addition, the mold carrier tape package is provided, with minimum order quantity of 2,500 (d-pak) or 500 (d2-pak).
You can obtain samples from Littelfuse authorized dealers worldwide.
